Curate the Vision.
Submit your event or project inquiry with all the details. We will then discuss together the scope and aesthetic requirements to ensure perfect alignment. Expect a custom proposal and investment outline tailored to your specific needs delivered within 48 hours.

Secure the Date.
Upon approval of the proposal, we finalize the collaboration. A signed agreement and retainer will then be made to reserve your place on the studio calendar.

Trust the Execution.
You supply the materials; we provide the artistry. Simply ensure your selected items are available on-site or shipped to the studio, and we will take it from there. While we are happy to consult on the suitability of materials, once the item is in hand, we focus entirely on the execution, transforming your items into bespoke keepsakes.

Pricing for any Live Event Calligraphy Services ranges depending on the scope of the project. This includes the hours needed, location, the quantity & type of item, travel, number of artists needed, and so on.
Simply provide us with as many details in your inquiry as possible. We will then schedule a time to talk through the details, upon gathering all the necessary information, you’ll then receive a customized quote.

A wide range of items can be easily customized; part of our process is to provide our studio a sample of the item ahead of the event. This allows us to guarantee results by ensuring we have the proper tools to execute.

Most of the tools are small and battery operated, of which affords us minimal setup supoort. Simply provide us a space with a table and chair and we will blend seamlessly into the event design.

Yes, should you require the appropriate documents, we are happy to accommodate.

The answer is dependent upon the type of item. The range is 15 to 40 items per hour, but the following factors can affect the timing:
Surface Type: smooth, flat surface is quicker than a curved surface
Live Calligraphy Service: traditional pen & paper calligraphy is quicker than engraving, engraving is faster than hot foiling, and so on.
Amount of Text: initials are quicker than a single word, the more we have to write, the longer it will take
Engraving with Fill: filling in an engraving with paint will take significant time. Engraving on drinkware/silverware is quicker since we cannot fill the customization in with non-food safe paint.
Logistics: For high volume events, it is our recommendation to provide us with an “assistant” to guide and direct guests through the live calligraphy activation. This allows us time to focus on the customization itself and still preserve the overall guest experience.

As a part of my Live Event Wedding Calligraphy Artist Package, I provide a curated list of favors from trusted vendors.
Should clients require my assistance in sourcing and providing items to location, we can provide that as well.
Clients are financially responsible for purchasing the items. A separate invoice will then be submitted.

Yes. We work with clients throughout the New England area and are available for travel as needed. For events outside of the greater Boston Area, clients may either book travel on our behalf, or we will book and submit for reimbursement.
